What are the payment options and is payment secure?

Yes, payment is secure, payment is via Stripe.

If desired I can accept Paypal, bank transfer, cheque or money order (orders with money order or with cheque will take longer).

I am open to trade, therefore, if you would like an item but lack funds or prefer to trade I might accept an offer of an item.

What is your return policy?

I do not generally accept returns unless an item is different to that as advertised, however I do aim for top customer service and many are repeat customers so purchase without worry.

I do not use any photo cropping, modifications or enhancements.

I will give more photos to an interested buyer so feel free to ask.

Do you offer gift cards?

I do not offer gift cards but I can offer codes.

A can create a custom code and then that code can be used by someone to purchase items up to the value of the code.

How is an item packaged? Is it packaged against damage?

Every item is hand packaged by me and I use mixtures and combinations of papers of varied firmness, card sleeves for rigidity and protection, bubble wrap and cardboard boxing/padded envelopes.

What if I need a little bit more info about an item?

No problem! Leave a message and I will reply as soon as I can, size, materials, etc. I will gladly help with an answer.

Can you do custom requests?

I can try and I am always willing to work with the customer for their satisfaction so reach out if there is something special you are looking for or a special gift wrapping etc

Can you gift wrap?

Yes! I absolutely offer a gift wrap service and many customers are buying as a present for somebody so I completely understand that special feeling of opening up a gift and the packaging and wrapping is part of it.

Gift wrapping is £2 extra and that is for wrapping paper, ribbon and a gift tag with a personalised message.

Who are you? Can I trust buying from you?

Yes, I sell on Etsy but I want my own website to set myself apart and due to high listing fees, I have hundreds of 5 star reviews on Etsy and I have high level knowledge and more so I have true passion for and enjoy my job, so please buy with confidence.

Do you speak any other languages?

Yes, I speak fluent Spanish and French therefore if it is easier for a client to speak in their native Spanish or French they can do so without issue.
