Solid TESTED silver Indo Islamic baby teething ring Amethyst and amber encrusted

This is an Indo Islamic solid silver teething ring.
 
This has two Amethysts and a cabochon of amber encrusting it.

Most likely this piece is North African, though it could be Hindu Indian, the piece is nice wherever its from.
